She’s headed to Houston and ready to launch – meet DMC Atlanta’s new manager, Nicole! Determined to be a business owner that continues to provide opportunities for others, Nicole will be officially expanding our client into “Space City” this month. Get to know more about her in our exclusive Q&A interview!
I appreciate the support from the leadership team! They are really good about making sure everyone knows they’re apart of something bigger.
What are the 3 most important tools that helped you get into management?
1) Resilience
2) Bullet-proof mentality
3) Work ethic
Don’t give up on yourself; expect obstacles and overcome them. You gain confidence when you overcome things, and it will make you a better person overall!
Don’t worry about the what-if’s! Concentrate on what you can control, not what you can’t!
My promotion to Assistant Management and when I was given recognition by DMC’s President, Adam, at a National Conference as a spearhead for female empowerment and entrepreneurs in our business!
I am bringing 6 team members, who have tons of passion, a no-excuses mentality, constant communication, and big-picture goals!
My goals for 2018 are to expand into 3 additional markets, win our broker’s “New Business Owner of the Year” award, and help others develop a strong mentality!
My overall mentality, an example of positivity, and helping others no matter what.
If it wasn’t for Adam’s support and leadership, I wouldn’t be in this role today. The whole DMC team has taught me to never settle and push for what you want. They have given me the skillsets needed to run a remarkable business; DMC sets the example!
