With a background in project management and IT solutions, Tom developed a reputation for finding ways to improve efficiency while also supporting the people around him. Since joining DMC Atlanta in February 2026, Rithika Velchuri has already made a strong impact through her role as Executive Assistant while also supporting HR operations and onboarding efforts across the office.
Originally from Bellevue, Washington, Rithika graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at just 20 years old. Her background spans several industries, including education, project management, behavioral health, and customer service. Despite the variety of roles she has held, one consistent theme throughout her career has been her passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships.
What drew Rithika to DMC Atlanta was our emphasis on face-to-face interaction, personal development, and growth opportunities within our company. Her interest in leadership and management aligns naturally with her current role, where she supports both operational efficiency and employee experience. From coordinating schedules and onboarding new hires to assisting leadership with daily operations, Rithika plays an important role in helping our office run smoothly behind the scenes.
Her background in psychology has also proven valuable in HR and onboarding responsibilities. Rithika brings strong communication skills, organization, and empathy into every interaction, helping new team members feel welcomed, prepared, and supported from day one. She believes onboarding is one of the most important parts of building a strong company culture because it sets the tone for long-term confidence, collaboration, and success.
