At DMC Atlanta, our strength lies in our people. We’re thrilled to showcase three of our standout team members who exemplify our core values and share their unique perspectives on career growth, challenges, and success. Meet Jack Dixon, Dylan Smith, and Zylah Mulligan—three individuals who have continually exceeded our expectations and kept us inspired in their presence.

Jack Dixon, who joined us a few months ago as an Account Manager, brings a refreshing blend of self-motivation and team spirit to DMC Atlanta. Jack’s approach to his role is fueled by a philosophy of competing against himself while drawing on the energy and support of our team. “My biggest competitor has always been myself,” he shares. However, he quickly adds, “Having an extremely supportive team that motivates me to be the best I can be has led to my success thus far.”

Jack values a strong work ethic, a student mentality, and offering support to those who need it. His advice to peers and newcomers is profound yet straightforward: “Respect the ones above you, support the ones next to you, protect the ones behind you.” This mantra not only drives his professional conduct but also creates a supportive environment wherever he goes.

Dylan Smith’s transition from a Systems Analyst at a robotics company to the world of sales at DMC Atlanta is a statement in itself about Dylan’s adaptability and range of talents. His initial skepticism about moving into sales was quickly overshadowed by the encouraging and patient leadership he found here. Promoted in just his second week, Dylan’s story is one of rapid growth and adaptation.

He emphasizes the importance of being “hungry with our efforts and patient with our results.” As someone who looks for encouragement, compassion, and patience in a leader, Dylan strives to embody these qualities as he works towards his goal of team building and eventually becoming a consultant within our industry.

For Zylah Mulligan, an Entry Level Account Manager, the transition from college soccer star to a promising career in sales seemed natural. Her athletic background, where discipline and teamwork were essential for success, has profoundly influenced her professional demeanor.

Zylah’s daily habit of writing things down—a practice she finds comforting—helps her maintain focus and organization. “Putting a pen to paper allows me to remind myself of important notes and keep track of my goals,” she explains. Her family remains her greatest motivation, inspiring her to strive for excellence every day.

Jack, Dylan, and Zylah each bring their unique strengths and experiences to DMC Atlanta, but they share common traits that define our company’s culture: a strong work ethic, a supportive team spirit, and an unabated pursuit of personal and professional growth. Their stories are just beginning chapters in what promises to be inspiring careers at DMC Atlanta. As they continue to develop and achieve their goals, they not only elevate their own paths but also contribute to the vibrancy and success of our entire team.
